The Story of DRIFT
Originally debuted as "It's Just a Phase" and scored for 4 pianos, 6 hands, Drift is an auditory oddity. Classic minimalist techniques and some avant-garde methods brought this piece to life. Tuning, timing, and form are all part of the experiment that is Drift. Though the original recording is fixed, no live performance of Drift will ever be the same, due to the aleatoric nature of the composition.
